How soon can I expect my order?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. After your order ships, the delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on where it’s being shipped to.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Please email info@academiehair.com, and a team member will be happy to assist you. However, please note that it is not always possible to change or cancel an order once placed.
Does Académie Hair ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed in times when we are receiving an extremely high volume of orders.
I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received an order confirmation without 24 hours, please email info@academiehair.com and a team member will be happy to assist.
Where does Académie Hair ship?
We currently ship our products to customers in the U.S., including Alaska & Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally, but we're working hard to ensure that our international friends can enjoy our products soon.
